We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours, and most of the time we’re back to you the same day. If you ring during working hours (Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, Sat by appointment), you’ll usually speak to a family member directly. Out of hours, leave a voicemail or WhatsApp message and we’ll come back to you in the morning.

No — quotes are completely free and there’s no obligation. The family team comes out, measures up, talks through your project, and posts you a written quote within a few days. You can take that quote, sit on it for 30 days, get other quotes, or bin it. Whatever works for you. No high-pressure sales calls afterwards.

From the day of the site visit, you typically get the written quote by email within 3-5 working days. Larger or more complex projects (patios with walls, steps, lighting, 3D design) can take up to 7 working days because there’s more to detail in the spec.

Yes — Saturday site visits are available by appointment. Just mention it when you ring or message, and we’ll book a slot that suits. We don’t do Sunday visits as that’s family time.

Yes — full public liability insurance covering every project we undertake, plus employer’s liability for the family team. Insurance certificates are available on request — we’ll include them with your written quote if it’s a larger project.

If you’re anywhere in Hampshire, almost certainly yes. We cover Fareham, Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Petersfield, Eastleigh, Gosport, Romsey, Hamble, Hayling Island, Basingstoke, Chichester, the New Forest, and most surrounding villages. Yes — for any patio job we bring physical samples of the materials you’re considering. Seeing real sandstone, limestone, slate or porcelain against your actual brickwork in actual Hampshire daylight matters more than any catalogue can show you. Just tell us what you’re leaning towards when we book the site visit.

Honestly, nothing — we’ll work it out at the site visit. But if you want to speed things up, having a rough idea of: (1) what material you’re thinking (porcelain / sandstone / not sure), (2) approximate area in square metres, (3) timeline (do you need it done by Christmas, by summer, whenever?), and (4) rough budget — means we can give you better guidance on the call.
